I purchased this toy for my son's 2nd birthday. He loved it a lot first, but kept him interested only for the first few days (maybe a week). He got bored after he played for a while. There are not much actions going on besides cars sliding down and a noise maker, which is only on one-side of two slopes. There are only four different sounds this product makes. The rate for the educational value is low because there are not much he can do using this toy - what he can do is selecting which slope he puts a car and/or putting two cars at the same time and race (one side is shorter, so winner is always on the same side). If he has siblings, he may enjoy role-playing more with them. If it is not assembled correctly, cars jump off the slopes, so make sure that all joints are tight. I like the size of the product - large enough for my son to keep moving - standing, sitting, lifting, dropping. The manufacture's recommendation is 1.5-5 years old, but I'd say it is probably good for 1-3 years old.

The ramp was easy to assemble and is durable. It's fun and I have no complaints about the ramp or the green car. I highly recommend buying other little cars though as the purple car is top heavy and flips off the ramp.

My toddler really likes this toy. I think it is slightly overpriced for what you get but I'd probably still buy it again.

Got it for my nephew & he just loves it! gives him the opportunity to play with his little cars on a raceway that is just the right size for a very small house. Keeps both mom and little one very happy.
great toy but the battery compartment was defective August 20, 2010

the toy seemed really cool and fun for 1 year old twin boys. Once received, the battery compartment was defective so the toy was not able to be played with as intended. Amazon would only accept returned items unopened in original box. The only way to find out if the toy works properly is to open it. That aspect was poor. Fisher Price was wonderful and took full responsibility for their product.
